123 Dashboard is a service of North-Lake Consultancy, It Uleboerd 79, 8941 AS Leeuwarden, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 91239435. North-Lake Consultancy is the controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. Which data do we process via this website?
- Contact form: name, company, email address, phone number, topic of interest and your message.
- Visitor statistics: pages viewed, clicks on buttons, referring website or campaign, device type and browser. We only store this after you have given consent for analytics cookies; the IP address and a possible company origin are only stored with that consent.
3. Why do we process this data?
To answer your question or request, to follow up on an intro call, and to improve the website and our services. The legal bases are your consent (analytics) and our legitimate interest in responding to requests (contact form).
4. How long do we keep your data?
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the last substantive contact, unless a business relationship arises. Visitor statistics are kept for as long as needed to analyze website use.
